My wife and I came into the market to buy a house at a moment in our lives when we were at a crunch
My wife and I came into the market to buy a house at a moment in our lives when we were at a crunch for time. My wife was 7 months pregnant and we had a goal to buy a house before the baby came. By a stroke of luck, I ran into Chris in my search for a competent, efficient agent, that would be an advocate for my family. Lucky, is how I feel, because in two months we moved into a beautiful, updated home just days before we had the baby. We found this home in the area we wanted and with = all of the features we wanted including updated floors, great square footage, a backyard for our 3 dogs, and in a beautiful neighborhood.
So here is the low down....1. We got it for 50k under our budget, thanks to Chris, 2. Chris advocated for us to get 7k in seller's credits, 3. Chris referred us to the appropriate inspectors and outside contractors to ensure the home was safe and would stand the test of time, he also clued us in on certain techniques and efforts that we completed that help us lock into our home in spite of other competitive bidders also angling for the property..
I work as a Social Worker in the ICU of a hospital so my schedule is hectic, Chris showed up at any time day or night, weekdays or weekends, to show us homes and he called sellers ahead of time to schedule viewings for us when he could not be there.
Chris was competent in the art of home flipping, could identify structural issues, and had familiarity with the neighborhoods we wanted to live in, so that when we bought we were confident that this is would be a home that would we be happy in for a long time.
I also want to include that Chris navigated the paperwork so that it was streamlined, professional, and required no second efforts to complete the tasks at hand.
Not only is Chris a good Realtor, but Chris also became a good friend of ours.
Thanks Chris!
