Chris helped us see a lot of houses before finalizing the the home we liked. That demands a lot of patience from a Realtor!. Unlike other realtors we have worked with, Chris will explain the pros and cons and when something is not right he would tell. He understood what were were looking for and would guide accordingly. Chris sold a house for me in Hayward. Once he helped prepare the house for sale it was only on the market about 9 days before it was sold.
