We had a great experience with Chris. He really did up things right and we're extremely helpful with everything. We chose him based on how he marketed the house online, I've seen way too many listings with bad or too few pictures. He cleaned the house, staged it, and took professional pictures and presented a great impression online. We got way over asking and way over what anyone expected, part of that was the market but I don't thing we would have had the amount of traffic at the open houses without his work. We worked extensively with Chris Hotaki and found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgable. He really knows his stuff and helped us write a winning bid on our new house. There were a few other small things that stood out. I accidentally sent an Amazon order to our old house and he brought it to our new place. Also the software he use's allows you to sigh documents online which is a huge timesaver.
