Friendly/nice, uber-organized agent, focused on getting you: "across the finish line" I found Cheryl to be an excellent, pro-active communicator. The checklist with photo examples of before-and-after for getting our home ready for market/showing was extremely helpful and really a reminder of things she talked with us about during her initial walk-thru. Her knowledge of the local (our specific town) market when she first arrived at our home was spot-on - not withstanding a few particulars about our home: fairly recent new Furnace and new A/C units within the last few years - and was within a few thousands of what the sales price ended up at. Further, her contractor contacts for a semi-major item we needed to address on the Home Inspection list proved to be invaluable both from a cost-savings and time-frame standpoint. And thru the entire process a superb communicator, and early on, a 'cheerleader' and 'mom' in encouraging and motivating us to 'get-busy' in getting our home and property ready. Just very pleased with her overall work and efforts on our behalf and her ability to make a stressful time as easy and stress-free as possible.

Cheryle is always communicating with every move that she does, she performs miracles with every move she makes. She also is very diligent in marketing your product. Plus, she is never a phone call away any time any place you can always call her with any concerns or needs. She puts you first every time and all the time. A good person to have on your side during a sale!
