As out of State sellers, we needed a motivated Agent. Cheryl checked all the boxes and beyond. At first meeting, and throughout the whole process her professionalism was evident. She was helpful, and quick to answer any questions or concerns. She was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the process of selling from another state. She made sure the property always looked its best. Many a time she swept, raked and even staged some rooms. We could not have had a better agent! Extremely satisfied customer.

We did a long distance move she was able to show us homes via videos and did not disappoint at all with all the homes we reviewed. She never missed a call, questions we had she went out of her way to make us feel at ease. Perfect example of a realtor that treats like family not just another client.

I can not say enough good things to really describe how awesome Cheryl is. Her communications skills were off the the chart. She followed up on everything that needed to be followed up on. She kept my lender on pace, as well as the title companies! She provided valuable information to us. Replies to emails and phone calls were timely. She did more for us then any realtor ever has! She protected us and sincerely cared about us. If there were 100 stars she would get 200 from me!

Cheryl has a beautiful personality. She was great to work with. She provided honest answers to are questions. She was always available when we had questions. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. A wonderful experience and we made a new friend.
