Chelsea was with us through the thick and thin of home ownership. She saw us through the worst of times. We loved the neighborhood, we loved the lot, we saw all the potential of the house, and she did too. She had a man for every trade mentioned on the inspection (all 145 pages). Had numerous estimates collected in such a short period of time. Helped us negotiate a great price for the house, where we could buy it and still afford to fix it up. She saw our vision. She knew all the laws regarding what the seller was responsible for, and could and couldn’t do. For us as buyers she also was clear on what we were responsible for and we knew exactly what we were getting into. We’ve been in our house now, two months and just love it. Tons of work needs to be done but excited to get this sweet house back into shape again.

We were trying to sell our house when the market was flooded with sellers, making buyers as rare as unicorns. Timing, it seemed, was not on our side. Chelsea was a total pro, even when I was being a hot mess. Selling our home was an emotional rollercoaster, but she kept her cool and found a way to make it happen. She went above and beyond to get our sale to go through. The lawyers she recommended, not so much - let's just say l wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This was our second time working with Chelsea! She was very patient and informational! We were looking for land to build. She is definitely a go-get-it kind of girl and fights for her clients! She even took us through the process of what raw land had to offer compared to land already prepared. I always tell people that are looking for a realtor.. You need Chelsea in your life! Chelsea is a very down to earth person who will tell you her belief be it positive or negative. Chelsea helped us buy are first home in SC in Summerville 2.5 years ago. When we decided to sell and buy another home we talked with 3 different agents and again went with Chelsea.
