Had numerous estimates collected in such a short period of time. Helped us negotiate a great price for the house, where we could buy it and still afford to fix it up. She saw our vision. She knew all the laws regarding what the seller was responsible for, and could and couldn’t do. For us as buyers she also was clear on what we were responsible for and we knew exactly what we were getting into. We’ve been in our house now, two months and just love it. Tons of work needs to be done but excited to get this sweet house back into shape again.
