I have nothing but good things to say about Chelsea and the help she gave us in selling our house. She always showed up exactly when she said she would and did exactly what she said she would, and if you have a house and have dealt with any people regarding it, you know how rare that is. She helped us price the house correctly (a good deal higher than we were thinking we should) and advised us on what we did and didn't need to do to prepare for showings. At a couple of points she had to negotiate for us and did that very well in our favor. We ended up getting more for our house than we expected to get and closing in a very short time.
