She guided us the whole way, from the offer to the bidding war. The numerous inspections we did, till the day we got the keys. She was nothing short of a life saver the whole time. There is absolutely no way we would have gotten our dream, in a great location for the price we did, let alone understand the process enough to execute quickly enough to make it happen. She was fantastic, and has even been helpful since we bought with recommendations for contractors. She’s the only realtor I’ll use in the future, because she cares about her clients and it shows!

Charlotte was great at listening to our wants and needs, while also being patient with our financing process. She was always willing to take our youngest so we could fully tour a house. We loved our experience with her!

We were remote when we put the house on the market and she worked very effectively with us making sure the house was ready and that the open houses as well as agents bringing through potential buyers went flawlessly. Lastly, she kept us in the loop on other sales in the neighborhood and provided us strategic advice related to pulling the house off the market for 30 days and then when to put the house back on the market for maximum impact. The result was an over market offer, short close and a painless transaction. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
