He was great, he did not stop or grow weary . He started working with us before we got an approval. We must have looked at what seemed like a billion houses. He listened to each complaint, he must have thought we were crazy. We are very picky and when we would find something suitable, we were not fast enough. He stayed the course until we finally find our home 6 months later. He is still with us, if we have a problem we call and he helps us solve it. I met another realtor that was previewing the property, prior to showing the house to prospective buyers, and he said that the property was priced correctly. Charles was always prompt in returning calls. He provided extra services such as lining up contractors for last minute repairs, prior to showing, and helping to get estimates for remedying certain inspection findings. He even watered plants at the house (who else would do that?).

Charles did a super job in having many open houses and used social media to get the word out about our unique property. It took awhile to find the right buyers that liked wood as much as we did.
