The condo was move in ready and our furniture was delivered within days. Very smooth! When it was time to sell the condo after my son graduated from CSU we of course called Charles. My son and I removed everything that we were keeping . Charle met us at the condo and we went over what we still had to do to get ready for the market. At that point he knew I wanted to go back to Houston and he handled everything. Within a week it was ready to put on the market and we got an offer within a day. We closed a month later. Charles Sparks was a pleasure to work with in the sale of the property in Greeley. He and his team had several buyers lined up the first day we had a showing on the 10th of Feb.
