Charles Sparks' service in selling my son's house was exceptional in every respect. The context was an extremely acrimonious divorce, and Charles was the only thing the couple could agree on, and they were so lucky they did! He affirmatively stepped in and orchestrated the entire process, not in a bullying way, but in a friendly, helpful way. He totally understood the market and suggested an asking price that seemed high but was substantiated by comparables and turned out to be right on the money (literally). He initiated and personally oversaw the process of cleaning and preparing the property for sale, and even fronted the money for doing so! He created a marketing process that resulted in an above-asking price bid, on terms that were very seller-friendly, as soon as the property was listed. Less than one month later the sale closed on time and without a single hitch, because Charles was on the job and kept the principals fully informed every step of the way. Sure, it was a hot market, but that alone doesn't account for how smooth and stress free the entire transaction was, solely because of the friendly, but nevertheless take-charge way Charles performed.
