Fortunately for us, the home turned out better than we could have ever hoped for with renovations, upgrades, and major items already replaced such as new roof, new HVACs, new garage reno, hardwood flooring throughout the entire home, etc. Literally, the only thing our home inspection revealed was a loose brick. Charles was highly responsive and knowledgeable about the home buying process. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and it became clear early on that Charles was quick to respond with detailed answers.
