This was an extremely long and difficult sale. Charlene's patience was unbelievable.
Charlene's knowledge was exceptional, she did not miss anything. With all of the difficulties of this sale she never faltered. I really believe that someone else would have quit. Her patience with me, as well, was above and beyond. I am very grateful to have had her representing me.
