Char is an excellent realtor. During the house shopping process, he listened to my requests and only showed me properties which met my needs for location, price and amenities and didn't waste my time on unsuitable properties. During the negotiation process he talked me through the steps which was made even more difficult in that he had a personal emergency and had to leave the country for two weeks. He made sure his associate could assist when he wasn't available. i was so happy with his performance that I am using Char again to assist my elderly father with selling his condominium.

Charl represented me in the short sale of my home. He prepared me on what to expect which made the whole process much easier than I originally expected.
