chantal went over and beond helping me sell my land she keep me up to date on every thing. keep in contact. and got it sold fast. im verry happy with the way it was handled. if you wont the best well you better go with her. if not i dont know what to tell you. but you should of let her make the moves for you. if not you will lose out.....

Chantal went above and beyond my expectations in more ways than one. I inherited a house, which was in dire need of cleaning, repairs, and renovations prior to putting it on the market... Being that I live over 1,300 miles away, I was extremely overwhelmed with all that needed to be done in the 3 days I was in town AND all to be done after, when I returned home. She very easily put me at ease with explaining the home selling process as well as having any and every contact/connection that I could need to get started on everything required for the house. Each person she recommended, also surpassed my expectations with being reliable, quick, and thorough with the work they did. Chantal had a clear and thorough answer for every question I had throughout the home selling process and even though I may have asked too many (haha) she was always so kind and easy to talk to. From her knowledge of the housing market, the wonderful and reliable connections she's able to provide, and how easy it is to speak about any home selling aspect, it's evident Chantal genuinely enjoys what she does, which made this process much easier and I greatly appreciate that!

Property needed a lot of work to get ready for a standard sale and Chantal was able to help with getting me help cleaning up the property and repairing everything that needed repair. Chantal was able to get help with removing all of the items from the property, getting quotes from plumber, electricians, roofer's, waste disposal and lot cleanup on 2 1/2 acres. Chantal saved me a lot of trips in acquiring the quotes for work to be done and help me select the right people. After the property was repaired and listed we were able to get 2 full price offers after approximately 45 days on the market. The sales transaction went smoothly and on time with a 30 day escrow. I would highly recommend Chantal Bullock for whatever type of sale you have in her area.
