I feel very lucky having had such an amazing experience working with Chandler! He is very relaxed, empathetic, and professional and was a great advocate for my needs. I was an out-of-state buyer and could completely trust Chandler as my agent. Chandler talked me through the entire home buying process several times - a testament to his patience! He guided the process of bidding on a house in an insane seller's market, making sure that it was accommodating and fair to me, but competitive and attractive to the seller. Chandler made the process of selling my house incredibly easy. He was always accessible whenever I had questions, and explained everything thoroughly since this was my first time selling a home. It also helped that he was very familiar with the Seminole Heights area. When I wanted to make some improvements prior to listing, he provided me with referrals for handymen, painters, plumbers, etc., which certainly helped so I didn't have to make a ton of calls for quotes. Chandler was friendly, approachable and informative -- all qualities you definitely want in a realtor!
