I relocated here from the East Coast and knew relatively little about the area and what to expect and Chad took me through everything step by step explaining the way home buying/selling works in Colorado. Chad is extremely user friendly and all the way through there is never a doubt about the fact that he is working for you. I highly recommend Chad for people who are buying their first home or buying any home after that....new to home buying or a veteran, he will explain and conduct matters at your level. Chad was AWESOME, He was up late online when I was answering questions about the different areas and schools in town. We are military and relocating was stressful with 5 kids and 2 dogs and he helped us look forward to our new duty station and made it very easy to buy our first home. He took us all over the town showing us a ton of places and even set up a personal web account to keep track of my choices we wanted to look at prior to even arriving. He was amazing to work with. So friendly, helpful, and honest.
