He did all the little things that helped us get in contract above asking price the day after we listed it. And he helped us all the way through to closing. We had to be out and didn’t have time to clean so Chad had cleaners come in and do the job. In addition to being a great realtor, he’s a great person and we could tell that he really cared about helping our family. He earned every penny of his commission. I can’t recommend Chad enough.
