I was in a time crunch and Chad was available to work with me with very little notice. Chad understood the urgency of my situation and was able to set up multiple showings within a few days and we were under contract by the next day. He has a terrific team of inspectors and finance professionals he was able to recommend that helped move the process along. I closed on my new place in under a month. Chad was invaluable throughout the process. He guided me through the steps and his expertise made the entire process easy. Chad was very responsive to questions as they came up. Chad is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is very responsive and works very hard to make sure you see every possible house you are interested in. Our work with Chad started off strong, but by the end he was completely MIA. He made commitments to the seller that we never authorized and had to cover the costs out of his commission, he was barely responsive and we often had to reach out multiple times before he would engage, and we felt totally abandoned.
