Our work with Chad started off strong, but by the end he was completely MIA. He made commitments to the seller that we never authorized and had to cover the costs out of his commission, he was barely responsive and we often had to reach out multiple times before he would engage, and we felt totally abandoned.
Chad was great to work with. I will be using home for any home sale or purchase moving forward. He was incredibly fast with a great deal of attention to detail. He treated my wife and I like we were family. I would recommend Chad to anyone trying to purchase or sell a home.
