April recently helped me find a rental, after another I was supposed to move into fell through. I was up against a clock, and she understood that and worked quickly to find a place that met all my needs, plus some. April knows the area well and knew what neighborhoods I would prefer, as well as info about the surrounding area. When doing walk throughs, April thought to look at things I had never considered - like is there privacy from the first floor windows? This was incredibly helpful, as I'm a single mom with a child at home, so safety and privacy are key. She was immediately responsive if I had questions, and worked closely with the other realtor to get things done smoothly and efficiently.
