Being a first time home buyer and not knowing anything about how it works, a friend of ours recommended April Emory and she is AWESOME! Before even becoming our realtor we had contacted her with questions and she had responded immediately everytime. April was really great at walking us through the process and is really patient with us, since we haven't decided where we wanted to stay. April recently helped me find a rental, after another I was supposed to move into fell through. I was up against a clock, and she understood that and worked quickly to find a place that met all my needs, plus some. April knows the area well and knew what neighborhoods I would prefer, as well as info about the surrounding area. When doing walk throughs, April thought to look at things I had never considered - like is there privacy from the first floor windows? This was incredibly helpful, as I'm a single mom with a child at home, so safety and privacy are key. She was immediately responsive if I had questions, and worked closely with the other realtor to get things done smoothly and efficiently.
