April took the time to answer all our question, gave her honest opinion when asked, and ensured she did right by us when needing some guidance. She made herself available whenever needed and helped in any way she could. I will be recommending her to anyone who is looking.
My husband and I purchased our home and heard of April and her level of professionalism by those who have worked closely with her before. WOW! I have been BLOWN away by the service I've received with April! She helped us sell our house in 4 DAYS! I followed everything she suggested... rushed to prepare the house when she recommended and followed her guidance as far as asking price, timing, everything. She went above and beyond for us. She represented us well with grace, integrity, and assertiveness. She stood up for what we wanted/needed and didn't back down. She has been there every step of the way, at all hours. Being a first time home buyer and not knowing anything about how it works, a friend of ours recommended April Emory and she is AWESOME! Before even becoming our realtor we had contacted her with questions and she had responded immediately everytime. April was really great at walking us through the process and is really patient with us, since we haven't decided where we wanted to stay. We've (my boyfriend and I) rushed into seeing a few homes to get the 'feel' of what to expect and they weren't 'the one'.
