April was a pleasure to work with all around but the biggest thing that stood out to me was her timeliness and speed of getting things taken care of. I am very much a "need to know right now" kind of person so if I was in her shoes I wouldn't hesitate to ask the seller even the smallest of random questions. April never held back getting any and all questions answered RIGHT AWAY. So for an impatient person like myself, I never felt out of the loop or that my questions were not getting answered the day that I ask. Thank you!

WOW! I have been BLOWN away by the service I've received with April! She helped us sell our house in 4 DAYS! I followed everything she suggested... rushed to prepare the house when she recommended and followed her guidance as far as asking price, timing, everything. She went above and beyond for us.
