Catrina is one of the most professional and on task people I have ever met in my life in general. She not only worked with me during the buying process but she guided me during the prerequisites just to establish the purchase as far as every possible scenario i needed on my end as well as post closing. This is my second purchase with Catrina within a year and a half time span and none of this could have been possible without her assistance and guidance.

Despite other homes in my area staying on market for extended periods, Catrina was able to sell my home in a very short time and for a great price. She is pleasant, knows the market and processes very well. I highly recommend her. Too bad she is not in Florida where I moved.
