Knowledgeable and professional
Cathy was a joy to work with. She was able to find the perfect home for us. Not only did she show her expertise in real estate, she was also very kind and helped us settle into a city and state we were unfamiliar with by also providing us with a list of service contractors that we found very helpful. In particular, Cathy referred us to several design firms, one of which we ended up using. That was an excellent experience as well. She knows the area well which gave us confidence that we would find the right place with her help. We are full time Floridians and are looking forward to spending our summers in Colorado this year.
