My son Leon Broussard met Cathy Cotton in 2015 while searching for a townhouse in Natomas. She listened to Leon’s reasons for the townhouse and why he didn’t want any association dues. Leon purchased the townhouse with help from his parents. When Leon decided to upgrade his home he remembered Ms Cotton’s professional attitude and attention to his needs. So he contacted Ms Cotton in June 2020 for her to sell his townhouse and purchase another home in Natomas. She again asked him about the home he wanted and his price. Due to the low interest rates everyone was buying real estate. Homes were going fast. Ms Cotton worked patiently with Leon and found a great five bedroom home for him in Natomas. Leon called me excited and said he had to have this house. Ms Cotton explained to Leon that he needed his parents again to help him due to the price of the home. Leon had $150,000 equity from the townhouse to put on the home. However Leon needed his parents credit and salaries to qualify for the home. Ms Cotton worked with all of us. She is an extraordinary woman and a great professional real estate agent. She looks out for the best interest of her clients and walks with them until it’s time to walk into your new home.
