My son Leon Broussard met Cathy Cotton in 2015 while searching for a townhouse in Natomas. She listened to Leon’s reasons for the townhouse and why he didn’t want any association dues. Leon purchased the townhouse with help from his parents. When Leon decided to upgrade his home he remembered Ms Cotton’s professional attitude and attention to his needs.
