Selling this house was an uphill battle with Covid interest rates spikes, big developers undercutting our prices, to buyers knowing this and woefully lowballing us. None of this stopped Cassie. Cassie persevere through it and tried a variety of creative ways to sell the house. We live out of state so Cassie even went to lengths to make sure the home was in good condition for us after a bad experience we had with a property manager. Cassie made sure the heat was on during the winter months. Cassie is amazing! We 100% recommend Cassie.
