I would check all Donna's sales and marketing skills with a 10 out of 10. Her communications, and market knowledge were also excellent. We had a weekly call to review our progress as well as identify areas that we might need to freshen up a bit to make the house more salable. The house sold in a reasonable period of time, considering the softer market due to uncertainty with marketing conditions after the roll out of tariffs put in place by the current political administration.
