She gave us recommendations for the various inspections, and she recommended contractors for the repairs and upgrades. She made suggestions for upgrades she thought would make the house look attractive to buyers, and she worked with the contractors to make sure the work progressed on schedule. She made this house a top priority and constantly communicated with us on progress being made and tasks that we needed to perform to keep everything moving.
