I have known Cary, both professionally and personally, for over 25 years. He has represented me as the seller as well as the buyer on several property transactions. On this most recent property, Cary was extraordinarily skilled in facilitating and handling the entire 1031 Exchange activities. His knowledge and meticulous follow-thru throughout the whole process resulted in a successful outcome, despite external challenges and flaws from the financial institution funding the purchase.
