Carter and his team have a winning attitude and actions to back it up. Carter did open houses that proved to be a successful means of traffic and marketed my home successfully using other promotional tactics. <br/><br/>What I also liked is that Carter did not try to get me to list at a low price. Like me, he wanted to get above current market, and he was knowledgeable enough about where the market had recently been and where it was going to start a bit higher. We still got plenty of traffic and attractive offers. I sold my house for more than the last home of the same model sold for and felt like I got what my house was worth, especially given the excellent condition it was in.
