Home Team Realty was just the right fit for us. Looking for a house in a market like Portland can be daunting. This group has extensive experience navigating home buying in this area. We were first time buyers with a specific budget and a neighborhood that we desired. They found us exactly what we were looking for and could actually afford. Kenny, Carrie and Val made each step of the buying process clear and answered the many questions we had. They also have a great working relationship with appraisers, mortgage agents, contractors and repair companies. 10/10 I would recommend them for buying and/or selling in PDX.
Incredible support, responsiveness, and expertise! We had never worked with a "team" of realtors before and found that it worked really well. We got responses more quickly to our questions and we were able to work through the real estate transaction on a timeline that worked for us - there was always someone available to show us a home, write the offer, and review documents with us. Andy, Kenny, Carrie, and Valerie clearly have a seamless operation of staying in touch with one another and we never needed to re-explain anything or get anyone up to speed. The Home Team works with a community of high-quality inspectors and contractors and it gave us a lot of piece of mind about our purchase. As a busy professional, I truly cannot recommend them more. We could not possibly say enough nice things about Home Team! We closed on our amazing house in October.They were always super responsive, helpful, professional, and lovely! I admired their patience in dealing with our extreme indecisiveness. In the long trying time of our home purchase there was never once a time where someone didn't get back to us in reasonable time frame, and usually much quicker. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to deal with them again.
My fiancé and I just bought our first house through Home Team, and we could not be happier! Having a whole team working on your side to close a deal is an amazing system. No matter when we needed something, or wanted to view a house, someone was always available to help us out. Being a first time home buyer I felt I asked a lot of stupid questions, but they answered each one very quickly and curtiously. We are about to close on a property TheHomeTeam found for us. It's been the best real estate experience we've had: - They really do work as a team. It's not an empty platitude often thrown around by other agencies. The frequent handoffs between them were seamless. We never felt we were starting over with another team player. We worked mostly with Kenny and Jessica but also with the Carrie. Mellisa, and Michele. The teamwork also allows them to have sane family lives too. If I ever want to be a Realtor, I'll be begging them to let me join them. - They fully understood our needs and stayed in synch with us -- even though I am (not my sensible wife) a little scattered getting excited about the latest shiny opportunity. - We were also very pleased with their research and knowledge of the market and the different areas of Portland. - And they are prompt! On email, by phone, for requests to see a home, etc. That teamwork thing really worked. - They are pretty nice people too and wouldn't mind having them as neighbors.
