Carrie and the rest of the Home Team make buying and selling your homes so easy. Carrie’s insight and expertise is unparalleled. We bought with them 8 years ago and recently sold with them, and we could not be happier with how smooth the process was and how above-and-beyond the whole team went for us. We refer all of our friends to Home Team and will continue to do so for years to come!
Carrie and her team are a delight. My sale was not an easy one, with plenty of twists and turns. Carrie handled it all with unflagging grace and good humor. She’s an expert troubleshooter, an excellent communicator and has a clear-eyed, accurate perspective on Portland’s ever-evolving real estate market.
Carrie and her team did a fantastic job for our us. They understand the market and how to price/sell a house. They were very helpful along the way and had good advice. More importantly, they truly took care of our house from start to end: when you try to mange a move, a new house, kids, etc... it's was nice to know they had our back and we didn't have to worry about our old house.
The Home Team did a great job of showing us properties and getting us through the process of buying our first house. Carrie was great throughout the whole process and always available to answer our questions!
Just purchased a home with Home Team and couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Their team is very much on top of it, from initial search all the way through closing. As a first time home buyer, I didn't realize how high touch they were until I spoke with friends who had a more "regular" experience. The Home Team was responsive, honest, and provided just enough handholding. My partner and I can't recommend them enough.

Carrie and her team were always so quick to respond to any and all questions we had. Once we found a property we wanted to buy, they walked us through the offer process and made everything as clear as possible for us. As first-time homebuyers we appreciated how nothing was taken for granted and no question was considered too silly or obvious. During the inspection period, Carrie got all our inspections scheduled within only a few days. I was impressed at how quickly everything happened without me having to do much work. I would certainly work with her again!
Carrie has helped me with 2 home sales in the last year. Her creative marketing strategies created immediate transactions in both cases. Carrie and The Team stayed in constant communication with me throughout each one. I would definitely recommend Home Team Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
Kenny was a great person to work with. Our decision to move to our house was rather quick and Kenny was extremely diligent in getting paperwork together in a timely manner. The team was helpful in negotiating terms and extremely knowledgable about the house/neighborhood. The team also planned a special suprise and gift during our first day move in and have played a very pivotal role throughout this journey.
A neighbor recommended Carrie and Kenny to help sell my first home. They were very informative, communicative, kind, and generally held my hand through the selling process. Would highly recommend.
We have used The Home Team for a number of real estate transactions over the last seven years. They have helped us buy our primary residence, buy and sell a rental property and sell a spec house. They have navigated the good market and tough market with us and we look forward to more work with them in the future.
Carrie met us wherever we were in our home selling process. She meticulously worked with us in-person and across the country, once we had moved. Highly recommend her professional expertise! She sold our house for us and made the process seamless.
