8 years ago Kenny Yoder and Carrie Richardson helped us buy our first home and this year they helped us sell it. We live abroad and our house had tenants moving out and also needed extensive repair and remediation. Moreover, we had a very short timeframe (only weeks) to get the tenants out, get the work done, and list and sell. Kenny went above and beyond to be our point of contact with the tenants and to be our local representative with the contractors. He was able to ensure the tenants moved out early and was there almost every day making sure construction work went smoothly and alerting us to any issues. The house listed exactly when we wanted. We had a satisfactory offer within a week of listing, and when issues popped up prior to close, Kenny and Carrie were there to advise us. Our project was complex and Kenny and Carrie and Val could not have done more to make sure it went smoothly. They were in constant communication despite a 9 hour time difference. Their organization between three skilled and experienced realtors works well to ensure ongoing communication and to avoid hiccups in the transaction. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as strongly as possible to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Carrie and her team represented my wife and I in our recent purchase in Vancouver. They were readily available when needed and continued to chase down an otherwise unresponsive seller and agent. They negotiated a solid deal and navigated some preclose issues with the seller and got us to close on schedule (would have been early if not for the seller and their agent).
