Each agent that they had, had different skills. They communicated well based on their knowledge base. I believe their market knowledge was good. Hard to tell about their negotiation skills as we were not with them to determine that. I thought they were professional and knew the neighborhood well. I would use them again.

Pre-sale - the team had a lot of great analytics and understanding of how to position the market.
