She helped us put in and offer, helped us negotiate the deal, and even set us up with movers. I think I have been most impressed with her actions after we closed on the new house. At that point, you usually don't hear from your real estate agent anymore. She reached out multiple times to see how we were doing and how the house was working out for us. There were a couple of minor things with the home that we might have been able to figure out ourselves, but she stepped in and led the charge on getting all of the issues resolved. It took a few months, but she was very persistent. We are now settled in, and we love our new home! I would strongly recommend Carrie King and her team! She is a class act, and she is full of knowledge. She has a strong desire to help, and always responds very promptly.
