With an emotional sale of a property - Diane was understanding and listened to the family. She also took the extra steps to take some of the "get ready" burden from the family as arranging contractors to assist with a few fixing of items. She took the time to explain each step of the selling and closing process so there were no surprises.

Diane was so helpful in the purchase of our property. We purchased the home remotely and she was terrific. She did the showing through FaceTime, met the inspector at the home for me, met me at the house before the inspection period ended, and did the final walk through remotely.
