Her communication is top-notch, she always keeps me updated and never leaves me wondering what’s going on. I travel a lot, so I’m not always able to see the properties in person, but she constantly goes above and beyond by visiting them herself, sending me detailed videos and pictures, and even FaceTiming me to walk through every feature and issue in real time. It’s rare to find someone in this business who combines deep market knowledge with genuine care and consistency like she does. She makes every transaction feel easy and stress free, even when I’m across the country. I trust her completely she always has my best interest in mind and treats every deal like it’s her own. Stephannie was/is very personable yet professional. She is willing to go the extra mile and very honest.
