Carolyn and her team did everything we needed and more. They met with us as a team and explained everything. They quickly gave us a market analysis and what they thought our house should list for. They got us people to professionally clean our house to get it show ready, as well as find people for some minor repairs. They nailed the price point and sold the house the house quickly. Best thing for me was their 5% commission. Several thousand $$$ more in my pocket!

House sold but a lot less for what we expected
