I was selling my dad's house in Stevens Point. While it was the house I grew up in, I haven't really been in the market for 30 years. I received a personal referral to Carolyn and Rachel. They came in and gave me a number they thought would be right. Being from a different market, where lakeshore is 3x higher, I pushed to go higher. After the initial weekend with 20 showings and no offers - I humbly decided to follow their recommendations :) A week later, we had multiple offers competing at over asking price.
