Carolyn was very good to work with. She was always tentative to what was needed for both parties and made things work out very smoothly. I do think that things were a bit rushed tho. Due to this we missed a few major points of the house like a leaky septic drain pipe, the over range vent fan that vented no where and the lack of an air conditioning unit but it was all things that we should have noticed on our own I guess. Just would have been nice to have an extra set of eyes on these issues. All in all I would recommend Carolyn for the purchase or sale of you next property. Thank you to her and her team!
Meating Carolyn at the open house that I went to for the showing of this home Carolyn was vary welcoming, She showed me around and listed all of the specifications and the pros and cons of the home. I made an offer and Carolyn was fast to work with the seller to get my offer in. once my offer was excepted, Carolyn was on the job contacting who needed to be reached, Carolyn was also vary helpful on giving out directions, information and helping me through the whole proses to close on the house.
