We actually had Carolyn as an Agent when we purchased this house. We had her as our Agent again for selling the same house. Very nice lady. Very professional. She recommended we do a couple of things before the open house. We did as she recommended and it paid off. The offers we received were over asking price and the house sold quickly. We have already recommended her to a couple of our neighbors. Great Agent!

Carolyn and her team was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! It was our first time selling a house so we had no clue what we were doing and she was by our side every step of the way! No matter what time of the day, she was one call away! She also made sure we understood every piece of the offer letters we got and walked us through all the fine print!
