Re: Both my husband and myself are in our early 70’s. After moving 5 years ago we did not expect to make yet another move. But like many others, we felt after a year of COVID, the need for access to the out doors. We were living in a converted early 20th century high school, and although It was most enchanting the condo costs were high and rising and we felt more and more claustrophobic with no porch/es. We began to consider moving once again but we were nervous that buyers would have the same misgivings we had despite the charm of the building. Then Caroline stepped in. She loved our building and knew there were buyers that would love it also. With persistence and hard work she sold our condo and helped us move to another one with just what we wanted—a backyard, porches, and thrown in for good measure, around the corner from one of the greatest parks in the city. And while the process of buying, selling, moving was indeed super stressfull, Caroline brought with her not only the obvious hand of experience and good sense but also warmth and empathy and the attitude that there is a solution to any issue that is encountered along the way.
