Caroline is a terrific realtor who helped us through every step of selling our home. She is very knowledgeable, super positive and out hustles other realtors. She was an amazing advocate for us and I would use her again in a heartbeat!

I just love Caroline (and her husband, Eli, who was our "bonus" agent as he studies RE himself). She is super knowledgable, sweet and personable. Caroline got to know my husband and I quickly and well enough to steer us towards the perfect house for us. We were initially paired with her on a property that we did not move forward with. And in the end, she is the one who found our perfect home on her own and ensured that we got to view it quickly. She works hard for her clients, helped us arrange all of the inspections quickly and effectively and counseled us throughout on our offer and concessions. We've already completed the purchase and she STILL is available for guidance. We are forever grateful. I highly recommend her on every level.

Caroline is highly spirited and is on top of her game to make sure everything from buying a home to spending time to make sure house inspections were done thoroughly and asked questions for us as we were out of town during this time. We highly recommend Caroline to everyone, she is knowledgeable and cares for her clients entirely.

Caroline was 11/10! Everything was so smooth for us as buyers. Caroline worked tirelessly coordinating everything between the sellers agent, inspectors, title company etc. She was always timely in answering our questions and helping us navigate through all the paperwork.

Caroline took another wise stressful and overwhelming process, and made it about as easy and trouble free as one could possibly hope for. She was extremely focused and efficient with her efforts. She took over the job of selling my home with a sense of confidence and purpose. She knew it would sell and for how much and it did. I had very few questions during the process because she took to make sure I had all the information I needed, but she was right there and prompt with answers when I did have questions. She brought with her a sense of confidence that helped to relieve many of the stresses and insecurities that can go along with selling your home. There was never a moment where I felt alone in the process. She handled everything from the beginning to the end seamlessly and made it almost easy for me. All I had to do was figure out the logistics of moving my furniture and she did the rest. I'm usually not one to write reviews but Caroline was a JOY and a BLESSING to work with! If I wouldn't of had her by my side to walk me through the selling process I think I would of ended up in tears most days. I never had to ask for updates. She was always one step ahead of me.... texting, calling and emailing with status. Her communication was stellar! She even brought me packing supplies! Boxes, tape and packing paper which was a huge help and save me some money. :)
