Carol is a fantastic agent! She helped us find and purchase our first home and the entire experience was very enjoyable, easy, and I always felt she had our best interest in mind. She is very responsive and always would go out of her way to help us by any means. Carol was very knowledgeable, insightful and helpful. She gave me great advice, and answered every question I had with thoughtful answers. Carol is really enthusiastic about what she does and she really worked for me and negotiated my offers well! It was nice feeling that an agent was trying to help me so much and make sure I had what I wanted and didn't settle. I didn't have to stress about the process. We love our house and she still checks in to see how we are doing!
