I’ve never seen an agent fight for his clients like Bryan Garrity. He cares more then anyone out there and he knows his stuff. He has been in Sam Diego almost 20 years and know the market and the players. We have sold and bought multiple houses with Bryan and his team and he has worked miracles. One word: Superman. I will do my best to describe how absolutely amazing Bryan is but words can’t even begin to describe how thankful we are that we chose Bryan as our realtor. He is one of the most knowledgeable, caring, professional, intelligent people I know, and he's pretty fantastic at real estate. In our case, we fell in love with a house and as you know, houses sell very quickly in this market. We put an offer in on the house the same day we looked at it but had one problem—our current house wasn’t even listed yet! Not only did he work his magic so the sellers of the house we fell in love with picked our offer, but he ended up selling our house in less than 48 hours of it being on the market and with a 21 day escrow, for way over our asking price! Need I say more?! At the end of the day, he used his real estate expertise mixed with his background of being a lawyer to help us get the house we fell in love with, in the neighborhood we wanted, all in less than a month! He was patient and calm when necessary, but also knew when to be a barracuda and fight for us. Literally one of the best people I know. VERY happy we went with Bryan as our realtor.
