Bruce is wonderful. He priced the house very well, represented me well, provided resources to do work to get the house sale ready, worked well with other agents and was very responsive to any needs or questions I had. Whatever he did and advised worked -- we sold the house in one day! He definitely knows what he's doing. He is also very pleasant to work with as well as being extremely helpful. I will recommend Bruce to anyone looking to sell their home.

My husband and I recently bought our very first home with the help of Bruce. As exciting an experience as it was, it was also a bit stressful. Between our full time work schedules (mine being on midnights) and having a 10 month and 21 month old, we had a lot going on. It was refreshing to work with someone who was not only very patient but was also able to work around our tight schedules. He showed us homes on very short notice, made himself very available for any questions we had throughout the process and provided excellent suggestions. He was very involved throughout.
