YOUR GO TO AGENT! I have three brothers and we have all bought our houses from Bruce, my dad too. Bruce knows what he is talking about when it comes to the market. He is patient, VERY responsive to text messages, emails, or calls. I never waited more than 5-10 minutes to get a call back or an email back. He is always on top of things when it comes to paper work. As a first buyer, I would have fell into many pitfalls if it was not for Bruce. Any agent can sell you a house, but not every agent can get you a good deal. He showed me what to look at in houses, what I need and things to be warey of. If a house was over priced, or not suited for me, he would advise me to step away from it. His goal was to help me find the right home, not just a house. I just closed on my house yesterday, but I have been searching for my first dream house since December of 2014. I have drove with Bruce for days and days and looked at numerous houses.
